What is included in your tour packages?

Our luxury tour packages typically include return flights, 4-star or 5-star hotel accommodation, daily breakfast (and often more meals), airport and sightseeing transfers, guided tours, and entrance fees to attractions. Specific inclusions are clearly listed in each package.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance for popular destinations like Udaipur and Manali, especially during peak seasons (October–March for Rajasthan & Goa; May–June for Himachal Pradesh). Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — contact us to check.

Can packages be customized?

Absolutely! Customization is at the heart of what we do. We can adjust duration, upgrade hotels, add excursions, change meal plans, arrange special celebrations, and tailor virtually every aspect of your journey to your preferences.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 60+ days before departure receive a 90% refund. 30–59 days: 60% refund. 15–29 days: 30% refund. Less than 15 days: non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Do you provide visa assistance?

For domestic Indian destinations there are no visa requirements. For any international add-ons, we provide full visa guidance, documentation support, and application assistance.

Is travel insurance included?

Travel insurance is not included in our standard packages but is strongly recommended. We partner with leading travel insurance providers and can arrange comprehensive coverage.

How do I make a payment?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, UPI, and net banking. A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 30 days before departure. EMI plans are available on request.

Do you offer group or wedding group packages?

Yes! We specialise in group bookings for families, corporate retreats, wedding groups, and friend circles. Groups of 10+ receive special rates and a dedicated group coordinator. Contact us for a custom quote.
