At The Indian Wedding Club Udaipur, we understand that wedding plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to be fair while considering the commitments made to venues, vendors, and other service providers.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Verbal or telephone cancellation requests will not be accepted.

In such situations, we will work closely with our clients and vendors to reschedule services or provide suitable alternatives wherever possible. Any refunds will depend on the amounts recoverable from the respective service providers.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be initiated. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.
Many wedding services are provided by independent vendors, including venues, decorators, caterers, photographers, and hotels. Each vendor may have its own cancellation and refund policy.
The Indian Wedding Club Udaipur will coordinate with the respective vendors on your behalf; however, refunds are subject to the individual terms and conditions of those vendors.
We always strive to provide flexible solutions whenever possible. If cancellation cannot be avoided, our team will make every reasonable effort to minimize financial loss by coordinating with venues and service providers for alternative dates or suitable arrangements.
